The space This quaint 900-square-foot cottage, built in 1925, is what I lovingly call my farmhouse/she shed. It was our very first home before we built our current house over seven years ago. Though we no longer live here full time, I’ve fully renovated the space with a modern touch while keeping its cozy, rural farmhouse charm. I take great pride in this home and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Guest access You’ll have access to the main floor of the home and the fenced-in yard. The basement and any areas outside the fenced yard are off-limits, as the property is shared with our active, family-owned rural farm business. We raise dogs and offer animal boarding and training services. The house is very private and quiet. Its stucco construction helps keep outside noise to a minimum, ensuring a peaceful stay. Other things to note While we don’t allow pets inside the home or fenced yard, we do operate a pet boarding and training facility just a short walk from the property.
