The space Ocean Breeze & Redwood Trees is a spacious, family- and pet-friendly coastal retreat designed for groups to gather, relax, and explore. After a day in the Redwoods or along the Pacific, unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy evenings around the fire pit, or spread out comfortably inside. The home sleeps up to 12 guests with flexible sleeping options, making it ideal for families, multi-generational trips, or group getaways. Sleeping arrangements include: • Captain’s suite with two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom • Two additional bedrooms, each with one queen bed • Queen sleeper sofa in the living area • Queen air mattress that can be placed in the office, which has a door for privacy and a pass-through bar Outside, guests enjoy a fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and dogs, plus seating for relaxing after a full day of adventure. Pets are welcome, and the layout provides plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Whether you’re here for redwood hikes, beach days, or quality time together, Ocean Breeze & Redwood Trees offers space, comfort, and a true Northern California coastal experience. Guest access 🔑 GUEST ACCESS The entire place is yours to enjoy during your stay! You’ll have full private access to the whole house, the spacious yard, the spa, and the fire pit area—no shared spaces, no interruptions, just your own private home base by the coast and Redwoods. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub under the stars, making s’mores around the fire pit, letting the kids or pups run in the yard, or relaxing inside after a beach day, everything is set up for your group to spread out and make yourselves right at home. Other things to note CHECK IN: Check in time is 3:00 PM. EARLY CHECK IN TIMES ARE ALLOWED ONLY WHEN THE PROPERTY IS CLEANED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY AND PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like a later checkout time, please ask the day before and we will accommodate you if possible, depending on cleaning schedules. CLEANING: Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee will provide normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation up to the last moment. HOWEVER, YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. OUR HOUSE IS NON-SMOKING. ✨ WHAT WE SUPPLY We’ve got the house set up so you can show up, drop your bags, and jump straight into vacation mode. You’ll find fresh linens, comfy pillows, fluffy towels, cozy blankets, laundry soap, and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware, and the essentials for family meals or late-night snacks. In the bathroom, we keep it stocked with Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no worries if you forgot yours at home. We also love adding those little extras around the house that make it feel warm, easy, and ready for memory-making. 🧳 WHAT TO BRING Bring your favorite personal toiletry items and any specialty things you love to have while traveling. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other disposable essentials to get your first couple days rolling nice and easy. 🐾 PETS We love welcoming furry family members! Just please make sure all pet waste is bagged or scooped and tossed properly using the provided poo bags and pooper scooper. Nobody wants a surprise “landmine” in the yard 😅. If any pet waste is left behind, a $50 waste removal fee will apply so we can get everything fresh and guest-ready for the next family.
