You can spend your days fishing and playing on the water and your nights getting cozy by the fire. Herons Nest is located in Stocktons 1st neighborhood developed for people who enjoy the lake, and it is still a favorite spot. This space is ideal for a couples getaway or a small family. Fishermen will love the easy access to the boat launch. The space This a park model trailer, which is designed to be used as a permanent vacation home, with all the features and amenities you would want for your getaway. It will have a few characteristics of an Rv you will notice, such as smaller doors, but much more spacious. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a futon in the living room and a twin air mattress in the bedroom closet. We also have a queen air mattress available upon request. Outside is a patio in back for grilling and a chiminea. The deck has a dining area with a propane firepit in the table. There is also another small sitting area with a table and chairs in front. Guest access You will have access to the circle drive. The patio with a charcoal grill and a firepit area on the backside up to the carport. There is also a smaller front yard and lots of fun yard games. We have 2 small kayaks, a canoe available upon request for a small rental fee. We also offer a golf cart for daily/ weekly rental! There is wifi, 2 smart tvs, a Bluetooth speaker, board games, cards and dice for inside entertainment. Other things to note This property does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a very nice and clean laundromat at the top of the hill.
