Room 2 in New Construction Home

Kick back & relax in this stylish space. Beautiful new construction home in Providence Village, Texas. I have two rooms available to rent with a shared bathroom. I occupy the master bedroom/ bathroom with my small dogs. This property is located near shopping, restaurants, Walmart, and fast food all within 4 miles. It is also less than 2 miles from Fortunata Winery- a hidden gem that serves food and offers live music! The house is completely furnished with modern/ new decor. The space This home was built in July 2023. It is a one story home with updated appliances, tankless water heater, and open concept: living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house for privacy. I have an additional full size refrigerator, so you will have plenty of space for your groceries. Carpet in bedrooms and wood in the common areas. The backyard is cozy, featuring a sectional couch, a gas fire pit, ceiling fan, and colorful patio lights. This bedroom features a trundle bed, meaning that there is a second bed stored underneath that you roll out for an additional sleeping space if needed. This room features a smart TV where you can stream your shows and an Alexa which you can utilize as an alarm, sound machine, and much more. Guest access Aside from your room, you will have access to all of the common areas which include a full kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast/game table, backyard patio, and a laundry room. There are two bathrooms in the house: one is attached to the master at the back of the house for me and one at the front of the house for all guests. I typically only rent to one guest at a time, so it will primarily be utilized only for your stay. During your stay I try my best to be here upon your arrival to ensure that all your needs are met. I enjoy visiting with my guests, but I am also happy to engage at your comfort level. Since I do live in the home, I will be available to you very easily, but I will also provide my phone number so that you can text and call me when needed. Other things to note I have three small dogs: Bandit- Shih Tzu, Sophie- Pomeranian, and Cooper- Corgi. I also have a small bird, Cosmo, my Sun Conure. They are very friendly! Pretty lazy during the day as they love their naps, but they do love to interact with and greet our guests. They get very excited when you first arrive, but calm down quickly after that. If you are not a dog person, then this might not be the space for you.
