Our recently updated ranch-style home sits on a private five-acre property just 8 minutes from the art galleries, live music, and small-town charm of Leipers Fork Village — and 15 miles from historic downtown Franklin. Nashville is an easy 40-minute drive when you want the city, but most guests tell us the quiet porch is all the entertainment they need. The space The home comfortably sleeps six across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Primary bedroom: King bed (with a luxurious Purple brand mattress) with an adjoining private bathroom and walk-in shower — your own retreat at the end of the hall. Second bedroom: Perfect for kids or friends, with two sets of custom, built-in bunk beds (four twin beds total). A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is just down the hall. Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and basic cooking supplies — pots, pans, spices, dishes, and silverware. Everything you need to cook a real meal (or just heat up leftovers from Fox & Locke). Living room: Settle into the couch and stream your favorites — the smart TV has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV capabilities. Bonus: In-unit washer and dryer, free parking right on the property, and reliable, high speed (500Mbps+) Wi-Fi throughout the home.
