Little bit of heaven just down the road. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy our spacious lakefront property on Watts Bar Lake. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has plenty of room for your friends and family to stay. You can bring your boat right up to our private boat dock. Don’t have a boat, no problem, there is a marina 11 miles away that rents pontoon boats. The space Our house is tucked in the corner of Eagle's Nest where you will enjoy calm peaceful waters in the immediate area, perfect for fishing right off the dock. The boat entry is just one mile down the road and Terrace View marina is only a 20 minute boat ride where you can enjoy a great meal and fuel up. There is a Dollar General one mile away where you can get most of your necessities. All of the bathrooms, living spaces, decks and boat docks have been recently remodeled. Our bar area features an ice machine to provide plenty of ice for everyone. Downstairs area is perfect for kids and adult kids to hang out and play. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed a group of people. We have (2) paddle boards/kayaks available for use and a water float that fits multiple people. Guest access Guests will access the house through the front door. The garage, owners bedroom closet and downstairs utility closet will be locked during your stay. Other things to note DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM - there is a pump system for the downstairs bathroom. It is imperative that only toilet paper is flushed in this toilet. Flushing personal hygiene products or large amounts of toilet paper at one time will result in damage to the plumbing system. We do have signs in this bathroom to serve as reminders. During the winter months (typically November - April) the TVA lowers the water. This does impact the water view immediately in front of the house. We do have neighbors on the right side and ask that you keep any outdoor speakers at a respectful volume. The property is non-smoking NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside smoking is allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee for any smoking or excessive outdoor cigarette butt cleanup. It is important to understand that with a lake house comes creatures that enjoy the area as much as we do. The house does have pest service but we can't promise that you won't encounter small insects or critters. You will also notice that despite the best efforts, spider webs in and around the windows, and deck areas can form overnight.
