Sunny garden tiny home, 5 minute walk to Lake Illa

Brand new tiny home full of natural light. Set on a quarter acre overlooking banana, olive and persimmon trees, plus an abundant vegetable patch where guests can help themselves to chilli, herbs and spring onions. Modern kitchen and bathroom with full size oven, cooktop and fridge, plus aircon, skylight and rain shower. The main house and part of the garden is occupied by your hosts. You need to pass through the side gate of the main house to get to the tiny home. The space Our house has a beautiful panoramic view of the area and lots of space in the garden. Only a few streets back from Lake Illawarra and a 5 minute drive to Warrawong Plaza and Port Kembla Beach. Guest access In addition to the tiny home, guests are welcome to make use of the vegetable garden, and back part of the yard (from the tiny house down.) You'll find a picnic rug in the tiny house, and the shade under the persimmon tree is a perfect spot for lunch! Other things to note There is a big step up to access the bed, so this Airbnb is best avoided if you have mobility issues! Also we have three friendly chickens who roam the yard!
