The space The apartment is townhouse style (bedrooms upstairs and living / dining down stairs). The living area is bright and spacious, with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom / powder room and private patio for additional comfort. Upstairs, the primary and second bedroom share a jack-and-jill style / dual en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with AC and ceiling fans, and the primary bedroom has a patio which looks onto the Golf Course. Both bedrooms are also furnished with two single beds each, which can be prepared as king beds (pushed together) or kept apart as desired. If no special request is made, the default configuration is king in the primary and 2 singles in the guest bedroom. The shared laundry facility and pool are just a few steps away from the apartment. There is no cost for the use of laundry, as it operates on tokens (one per load), which will be provided. We have also equipped the unit with beach essentials, as it is walking distance to Worthing beach, as well as Rockley / Accra beach. The pool has a lovely deck for lounging, with tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers. Guests can also enjoy: - Onsite restaurant (Panenka Bar & Grill), which offers quiz night and other themed events - Tennis - Golf (tee-off fees apply per round). Equipment is also available for rent or purchase at the clubhouse. Shops, supermarkets, gas stations, public transportation, and the Worthing Square food garden are also within walking distance.
