The space Seaview Penthouse covers 3 floors. Entrance is at street level with hallway and stairs leading up to the first floor. First Floor - Hallway, Bedroom 1, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room Second Floor - Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 Guest access Guests will enter the property from the rear via a well signposted entrance. Inside you'll enter the outdoor patio area with outdoor seating, lighting and a heat lamp. A dedicated, private entrance leads to stairs up to the apartment which occupies the first and second floors. Please note the stairs from the ground floor up to the apartment are quite steep so may not be suitable for infirm or older guests. The whole apartment is accessible for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Please note the entrance to the apartment is at ground floor level with stairs up to the living areas. There are more stairs upto bedrooms 2 & 3 which are quite steep so may not be suitable for small children. Please ask if you require assistance in hiring any stair gates.
