Japan Residents: Please submit a photo of an official ID, such as a driver's license. International Guests (without a residential address in Japan): Submission of a passport photo/copy is mandatory. In the event that smoking or cigarette butts are discovered, a fee of 33,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged for specialized deep cleaning, deodorization, and damages. 🔑 Lost Keys If the room key is lost, the entire lock cylinder must be replaced for security reasons. In such cases, the guest will be responsible for the actual replacement cost of 55,000 JPY (tax included). Please manage the key with care. 🧼 Hygiene & Environmental Considerations Seasonings/Condiments: Not provided at all for hygiene management reasons. Towels: Bath towels and face towels are provided based on the number of registered guests. Toothbrushes: To reduce plastic waste and protect the environment, disposable toothbrushes are not provided. Check-in: From 16:00 (Self-check-in allows for late-night arrivals). Depending on the cleaning schedule, we might be able to accommodate an earlier entry. Please ask us in advance. Check-out: By 11:00. As cleaning for the next guest begins promptly, we strictly request that you check out on time. However, extensions may be possible depending on availability (prior consultation required). Q2) How do I check in and access the property? The address, detailed walking route from the nearest station, and key instructions will be sent individually in a "Check-in Guide" a few days prior to your arrival. To prepare for any unexpected internet issues on-site, we highly recommend saving screenshots of the guide to your smartphone (or printing it out) in advance. Q3) Can I change the number of guests or add an extra bed? For safety management and compliance with Japanese law, we strictly refuse stays that exceed the maximum capacity requested at the time of booking (including children and adults). Please note that extra beds cannot be provided. Q4) Will there be bed-making or room cleaning during my stay? To respect your privacy, staff will not enter your room during your stay. The room will be professionally sanitized, and all linens will be fresh and clean for your arrival.
