There is a one car garage just off the laundry room for your parking conveniences. This wonderful home also offers a large enclosed front patio with seating for up to 10 people, a corn hole game as well as water views, in addition to an outdoor shower to wash the beach off before going inside. Just steps to the sand, coffee, deli, market and restaurants. Centrally located to Highway 1, north and south so you can take advantage of all the wonderful sights and tourist attractions such as the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, The Monterey Bay Aquarium, whale watching, wine tasting and antiquing just to mention a few. We supply a starter pack of supplies for your use, 2 toilet rolls per bath, 2 paper towels, sponge, dish pods, and cleaning supplies. Tenant is responsible for anything more they may need with regards to the paper products supplied, plenty for a long weekend. WE DO NOT SUPPLY body wash or shampoo. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. One dog is allowed at this property. You must agree to the pet polices and pay pet rent of $200 per stay. Should you need a pack and play or high chair, please contact the office as we have some that you can borrow upon check in.
