A few days a year (in January-February, April-May, and October-November), I share my room with male travelers. It is furnished as a dormitory (with TV and Wi-Fi) with 4 to 8 single beds (4 mattresses on the floor + 4 bunk beds) and can therefore accommodate up to 7 adult male travelers (individuals or groups, subject to availability) who are clean, respectful and ready to cohabit. There is no breakfast or other service: it is simply "homestay beds". The space I am a 73-year-old male, permanently present in my modest 2-room apartment in PARIS 17th. It includes an entrance, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and my bedroom. All these areas are shared with me and other guests. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building with a small elevator. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in Paris. Guest access All areas of the apartment are shared, except the living room when it is occupied as a private room. The apartment is an equal distance (12-minute walk) from 4 metro stations: CHARLES DE GAULLE-ETOILE (lines 1, 2 and 6 + RER A), TERNES (line 2), PEREIRE (line 3 + RER C) and PORTE MAILLOT (line 1 + RER C). Tram 13b. Shuttle to BEAUVAIS airport. "Vélib" station. Other things to note For each date, ask me for information to find out if there are any beds available out of the 7 possible beds. Women accepted when they are part of a group of 3 or more. For regular pied-à-terre or stays longer than a month, come 1 or more days to test first. My goal is to provide access to accommodation in Paris for "cool" people who are not very wealthy and not very demanding... I offer "old-fashioned camping comfort", not "bourgeois comfort".
