This accommodation is a beautiful, well-equipped studio with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It is completely independent. Very well located, in the Oberkampf district, very popular with Parisians, with many bars and restaurants, you can move around Paris thanks to the many metro lines nearby and also on foot in the main tourist places of the hyper center of Paris, such as the Marais, Notre Dame, St-Michel. You can experience a real Parisian life! The space Located in an old building from 1830 with tiles (old post office), on the 2nd floor and without elevator, the apartment is easily accessible by the stairs which are wide and easy to climb. The apartment door is armored. The bathroom is on the right and then you access the main room with on the right a kitchen area composed of a beautiful kitchen and all its amenities, a washing machine, a counter and its 2 stools. In the room there are 2 single beds that can be brought together if necessary, a beautiful wardrobe, a closet converted into a dressing room, a television, an ironing board, an iron and a clothes rack. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and have exclusive use of it. During your stay My apartment is adjoining this apartment. I am therefore on site to intervene at the slightest problem and possibly advise you on Paris where I was born, if you need it. I'm a pretty helpful person, so don't hesitate to ask me. It is also a pleasure to welcome people from all walks of life and to introduce them to my city and the neighborhood where I have lived for 25 years. Other things to note The apartment is on a festive street in Paris. The windows are triple glazed but you can hear street noises a little on weekends especially when the weather is nice. It's still very acceptable. This is a clarification for people only used to sleeping in absolute calm. The neighborhood is really nice and because of its liveliness, you can come home late at night or at night with much more security than in quieter neighborhoods.
