The house is located in Gourdon, a medieval village, close to the most beautiful sites of Périgord and Quercy (26 km from Sarlat, 10 km from canoe rides on the Dordogne, Rocamadour, Padirac...). This is a Quercy stone house with beautiful volumes: 2 rooms of 50 m2 and 4 bedrooms with bathroom (4 bathrooms). It is located on 1.5 ha of land. You will go in 3 min walk to enjoy the supervised swimming and other amenities of the leisure center "Ecoute s'il pleut". The space This is a charming 200 m2 house located on 1.5 hectares of private wooded land. Very nice volumes, with 2 rooms of 50 m2 each: a living room - dining room with fireplace adjoining the semi-open kitchen on the ground floor, and a large living room (library, music, television) upstairs. On the ground floor, master suite with bathroom (shower and bathtub), upstairs 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first two bedrooms upstairs have double beds (140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). The third bedroom has two single beds: one classic size 90 x 200, the other is a shorter boat bed (90 x 180 cm) which is better suited for a child or an adult who is not too tall. The house is equipped with all amenities and thanks to its thick stone walls remains cool in case of hot weather. In a quiet environment, not overlooked, surrounded by meadows, the house is located in the immediate vicinity of the "Ecoute s'il pleut" leisure center: you will go very easily (300 meters on foot) to a beautiful supervised swimming, tree climbing, paddle rental, bicycles, water playground, picnic area, fishing pond... consult the Internet by searching "Ecoute s'il pleut leisure center". The house is close to an equestrian center and several possibilities for hiking departures. The center of the medieval town and its shops and restaurants are within walking distance by a beautiful path (steep). The train station is 5 minutes away. Rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
