The 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our two-family house. The combined living and sleeping area is 42 sqm. One double bed 1.80 x 2.20 m, for tall guests, one sofa bed extendable 1.50 x 2.00 m, for 1 adult or 2 children. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub are available. A baby crib is provided and a highchair. The 30 m² roof terrace completes the picture of this cozy apartment. The space Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord. Linens are changed every 14 days, towels are changed weekly. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement that can be used for a small fee if needed. Guest access Our guests can reach the apartment via the common entrance/hallway with the ground floor apartment. There the stairs lead to the separate apartment on the upper floor. Other things to note Pets are welcome. No extra fee is required. The hosts have a Golden Retriever, 3 years old named - Mr. Monrad - He is playful and friendly to all people and fellow dogs and is happy to have people and dogs visit. The front part of the property may also be used.
