Apartment in Altea with pool and free parking

Welcome to Spain! Would you like to discover this beautiful piece of paradise? The apartment is located on one of the hills surrounding Altea and in a beautiful green area. You have direct access to the garden and swimming pool, you have your own parking right in front of the door. You can reach the beach on foot, less than a kilometer, or by car. There are some supermarkets within walking distance. If you want to visit the town, you can get there in 10 minutes by car. A car is recommended. The space The unique apartment complex Montemolar is located on one of the many hills around Altea and in a beautiful green area from which you can take beautiful walks. The complex consists of 21 apartments and Montemolar 12 is located on the ground floor with direct access to the beautifully maintained garden and swimming pool. You have your own parking space just in front of the door. This means you don't have to lug around suitcases and groceries. You can reach the beach on foot, less than a kilometer away, or by car. If you want to visit the village, you can get there in 10 minutes by car. In Spain there is a siesta, which also applies in our complex. This means that during the high season the swimming pool cannot be used between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. In the low season it is great to cool down or swim a lap, as long as there is no inconvenience and other guests/residents are taken into account. In any case, it is a very quiet neighborhood and the peace and quiet is very much appreciated here. Living room The living room is fully equipped and has a sitting and dining area, television with many foreign and UK channels, free WiFi, air conditioning and an electric ceiling fan. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. There is one master bedroom with a very comfortable mattress with topper and a bedroom with two equally comfortable single beds. The apartment is not only for couples but also for families. And it is also nice for snowbirds to know that their visiting relatives are also welcome. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and both have a shutter, heating and a ceiling fan. Here you will be woken up in the morning by birdsong and you can enjoy the peaceful and green nature. Bathroom The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a spacious sink with large mirror and a toilet. A hairdryer is also provided. Kitchen and utility room The Mediterranean cuisine is delicious and you can buy local delicacies in the various supermarkets nearby and prepare them in the kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, tea kettle, Dolce Gusto espresso machine. In the gallery you will find the washing machine and ironing board with steam iron. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment has its own free parking space just in front of the door so you don't have to lug around the treats you bought locally to enjoy at home.
