The space Located close to Paris, this 40 m² apartment has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay in Pantin. Great for a family vacation! It can accommodate a couple on the high quality sofa bed (very comfortable mattress) and three people in the bedroom: the bunk bed becomes a double bed at the bottom. The space Located on the 4th floor without elevator access, the accommodation includes: - one bedroom with lots of toys; - a fully-equipped and functional kitchen; - a bathroom with bathtub; - and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. You will particularly appreciate its brightness and charm. You will have everything available for a great stay, namely: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. Very good Delonghi coffee machine (the bean grinder is not working at the moment, but it works very well with ground coffee). Please note that linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. High-speed WiFi (fiber). The apartment is located close to: - Metro line 7 "Aubervilliers - Pantin - Quatre Chemins" metro line 7, 5-minute walk. - RER E Pantin station is a 12-minute walk away.
