The space IMPORTANT INFO: Based on the legislation in the Czech Republic, we are BY LAW obliged to: 1) ask you to fill in a “registration form” with your full name, birthdate, purpose of your stay, passport or ID number and residential address in your home country, and to 2) collect the mandatory city tax from you in the amount of 50 CZK (equivalent to approx. 2 EUR) per adult person per night. Clean, simple, minimalistic yet fully furbished home away from home :) Closest public transportation stop is called “Nuselske schody” and is under 2 minutes walking distance. Same for restaurant “U Kaspara”, convenience store “Potraviny” open 7 days a week, a pizza take-out place and a cafe. One short tram stop away, there is a large Billa supermarket (but it is also walkable). In minutes, find yourself in the city center, by the Vltava River, National Theater and architectural gems like the Dancing House designed by Frank Gehry. LIVING ROOM: sofa which converts to a sleeper sofa for 1, Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix (you can log in under your own account credentials), storage cabinets, coffee table BEDROOM: king-size bed with brand new mattresses, blankets and pillows. Large wardrobe to store your clothes. For those working remotely, there is a vintage oak writing work desk, antique chair and Internet connection. Genuine chevron-pattern wooden floors. BATHROOM: bathtub, wash basin with mirrored vanity and washing machine. All toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap) and towels are provided. KITCHEN: dining table and chairs, fridge & freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso ristretto & cappuccino cups, WMF drinking glasses for hot & cold beverages. Toaster, thermal jug, pots & pans, plates, cutlery, and various other cooking equipment also provided. Salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee available. HALLWAY: storage cabinets, wall mirror WC: a separate toilet with a small wash basin PANTRY: cleaning supplies for long-term stays, vacuum cleaner, broom, drying rack, iron, ironing board Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself with your own set of keys. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has a new elevator since end of 2023. Doorbell: HARRISON Quiet hours are observed daily from 22.00 till 6.00 (10p.m. till 6 a.m.) Garbage bins are located in the courtyard: blue for paper, yellow for plastic, black for general waste.
