Family friendly, spacious apartment, just been remodelled, 2 bedrooms and 1 bed settee in lounge, sleeps 5 comfortably, secluded outdoor space at the back with garden furniture, parking for one car. The property is close to the promenade, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, tram stop, 200 yards from the train station and lots of amenities close by. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so no party people please. We can provide a cot if required, just let us know in advance The space The living room, is spacious with 2, 3 seater settees that convert into beds, a dining table and 4 chairs. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and toilet, there is also a 2nd toilet and basin. Bedroom 1 is a large room with king size bed, 50inch tv and large wardrobes, with a door that leads into the back yard. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with large wardrobes and 32 inch tv. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for the family chef. The outside area has a table and 4 chairs 2 lounge chairs. Guest access You have full access to the property. Other things to note There are lots of places to eat in the area especially Highfield Road which has a popular pub and lots of places to eat or a big Wetherspoons on the promenade. To convert the settees into beds just tilt forward then backwards, the arms on the grey settee come off, probably not ideal for tall people, needing in the wardrobe.
