There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. There is a work area with a desk. Good broadband / WiFi connection. Total 40 square metres. Note that this property is on the second floor, accessed by stairs with no lift. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Guest access The apartment is accessed from the main shopping street in Lerwick. The entrance hall leads to stairs up to a private entrance on the 1st floor landing. There is a further set of stairs inside the apartment up to the living area. Guests can arrive any time after 3pm (key codes for both doors) or contact us to meet on arrival. Other things to note Located right in the heart of the old town with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Victoria pier, the old Fort and the Bressay ferry terminal are also a short stroll from the apartment. Access is directly on the main Commercial Street, which is pedestrianised. Cars are not permitted between 11.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. However, there are several free car parks nearby with a short walk to the street and the apartment entrance. There are EV charging points in the nearest car park behind the apartment.
