The main house is 2,850 sf with 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, flex downstairs being set up as a working from home or office, loft upstairs being set up as a second family room or entertaining area, huge kitchen with walk-in pantry. The in-law suite is 600 sf with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area, kitchenette, stack up washer dryer. Great location, close to hospitals. Guest access There are 2 separated entrances. The one on the right side is for the main house and the one on the left side is for the 1 bedroom in-law suite. Other things to note When requesting to book, I would like to see your profile completely filled out, and let me know about your stay. I would like to know who will be staying and do not accept anonymous guests. Please use the dining area and kitchen for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed or other areas. Please kindly not wear outside shoes on the carpet and the second floor. Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. Please turn off AC/Heater, all lights and appliances before leaving the house. Trash, green, and recycle bins will be picked up every Friday morning; please pull them to the street on Thursday. No parties allowed. No smoking. We don't allow visitors. *** Guest travel with pet: We require pet liability insurance in case your pet accidentally bites other people, pet's license, and vaccine certificate. We allow one small pet (less than 25 lb); well-trained. Pet Cleaning Fee: $250. Monthly pet rent: $50 for each pet. Pet security deposit (refundable) $1,000 in case pet damages the house or furniture. Guests are fully responsible for the actions of any animal they bring onto the property. Dogs with a history of aggression are prohibited. Guests agree to maintain control of their animals at all times and are liable for any injury, damage, or claims arising from their pets.
