Close to nature walks, centrally located to access Canberra Hospital, Woden, Tuggeranong & Weston Creek town centres. -5 min walk to local cafe -2 min walk to popular Mt Taylor walking tracks -8 min drive to Tuggeranong & Woden -11 min drive to Cbr Hosp -19 min drive to Civic CBD The space This well loved home has two large decks with outdoor eating and relaxing areas, securely fenced yard, central heating & airconditioning, large fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, and very comfy beds to make your stay pleasant. Gym equipment on site includes a cross trainer, yoga mat & barbel weights, located in the living area. ** We are only booking longer stays (2 weeks+) at the moment, but may have some flexibility on that at times, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements ** Guest access You will have access to the whole property, covered carport and ample off street parking space. Other things to note Some pets will not be suitable for this property, please get in touch with your pet details to discuss. We ask that you don't allow pets on the beds or furniture.
