Come stay at our peaceful 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage and enjoy the sandy beach at high tide and the miles of sand bars at low tide along the Northumberland Strait The space Our beautiful three bedroom cottage is located in Seven Mile Bay, Prince Edward Island. A 2 minute walk leads you to 3 different beach point accesses. The beach provides beautiful views of the Confederation Bridge and Northumberland Strait. Low tide provides miles of sand bars to enjoy. We are just a short 10 minute drive to the Confederation Bridge, 20 minutes to the City of Summerside, 50 minutes to the capital City of Charlottetown, and only 35 minutes to Cavendish. Guest access Guests have full access to this 3-bedroom cottage, two outdoor decks, yard and shed which include a large pot and cooker for cooking some of the best local seafood. You will also find a folding table for outdoor cooking, chairs for around the fire pit and firewood on the back side of the shed to enjoy as the sun goes down. The cottage is a short walk to 3 different beach access points. Check In: 3:00 pm and Check Out 10:00 am - there may be some flexibility based on occupancy so feel free to ask about that during your stay :) If there is anything we missed that you are curious about please ask and we will get back to you right away!! Other things to note Neighborhood highlights: Our cottage is centrally located and is within close proximity to all attractions, beach, restaurants, and golf courses. It is in a very quiet subdivision with permanent and seasonal residents. Getting around: Parking is located on site. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
