The mountains and the wooded park are before your eyes, and walks by the Salses Leucate marine pond are within easy reach ♥ The children's playground is visible from your terrace, for a stay in complete serenity! The space The 53 m2 accommodation has a living room of about 17 m2 with a kitchenette open to the living room. A master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and 2 other mezzanine bedrooms with 3 90 x 200 beds. Bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. The terrace is large (16 m2) and accessible from the master bedroom, and from the living room. It is south facing and sheltered from the wind. ITS EQUIPMENT AND ITS STRONG POINTS: - Kitchen area: fridge freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, small electric oven, kettle, toaster, classic filter coffee machine. - Large shaded balcony/terrace, equipped with a dining area with electric griddle, an armchair and two relaxing chairs. - Fans and mosquito nets to be placed at the bay windows. - Television, video game console. - Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. - Hairdryer, ironing board and iron. - 2 bikes. - A private parking space in the area, and visitor spaces. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - PETS: on request only. - LINEN: Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price. In order to respect everyone's budget and desires, we suggest you bring your own linen, or rent it for an additional fee from the concierge. - CLEANING: Cleaning at the end of the stay is NOT included in the price. We give you the opportunity to do it yourself at no extra cost, or to entrust it to the concierge upon reservation and for a fee. - POOLS: A swimming pool open from June to September. A second swimming pool is open in July and August. Unattended, unheated, unlit pools. Swim shorts/burkinis are not allowed. - ELECTRIC CARS: Recharging is prohibited on the property. A charging station is available 2 km from the accommodation. - BARBECUE: the use of fire (wood, charcoal...) is prohibited. - MEZZANINE: Access is not secure, we ask you to be very vigilant if you have children and/or people with reduced mobility. ABOUT DOMAINE DE PÉDROS: Private and secure residence, vegetated, and well maintained for nice walks or bike rides. Two communal swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents. Large spaces and playground for children. A private pontoon to admire the sunset over the marine lake and the Canigou, or to moor the boat and access the Mediterranean Sea directly. Direct access to the pond to cast a line, for kite, wing foil, paddle, windsurfing enthusiasts... Tennis court, petanque, and ping pong tables. Pizza truck and baker in the central square of the residence (summer school holidays). On-site concierge services (shopping delivery, housekeeping, etc.) GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: The estate is located away from the village of Fitou, in the protected natural area Natura 2000. The Spar grocery store is 2.5 km away, the shops of the old village of Fitou, its winegrowers and restaurants, are only 4 km away, accessible on foot or by bike by the vineyard paths, or by car by the classic road. The large beaches of Leucate and La Franqui are about 10 minutes away by car. The festivities are close enough to enjoy, but far enough away not to be disturbed by them (Barcarès electrobeach, Les Déferlantes festival, Mondial du Vent, Sol y Fiesta, Christmas village, etc.) Halfway between Narbonne and Perpignan. Large shopping area of Claira 20 min by car. Less than an hour from Spain. Guest access The entire accommodation can be used, as well as its balcony terrace. You will have access to walks in the park and all the common amenities of the residence, depending on the season: swimming pools, tennis court, street vendors, pontoon, etc. Other things to note 1. Bed linen and towels are not provided, and NOT included in the price. You can bring your own or rent them from the concierge, depending on their available stock, and whose contact details will be sent to you after your reservation. - €15 per double bed - €10 per single bed - €10 per towel kit (one bath towel 150 x 100 cm and one towel 90 x 50 cm) 2.
