Independent space for 4 people composed of 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a kitchenette (sink, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, 2-burner induction hob), a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) on the ground floor of our house. The garden will allow you to rest in the shade of the strawberry tree. A 5-minute walk from the center of Les Vans and all the shops. Parking space for your vehicle. Breakfast on request at extra cost. No WiFi The space Bedroom 1: It has a 140 cm (55 in) bed, a dresser, a dining area equipped with a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking, a refrigerator, and a table. Bedroom 2: 140 bed, shelves, library and games area, desk. Bathroom: Shower cubicle, WC, sink, washing machine. Fans in the 2 bedrooms. Exterior: ping pong table, dining table and chairs under the arbutus tree, garden furniture. Parking in the back of the house. Guest access You have access to the ground floor of our house. The space is independent: the entrance is through the French door. Other things to note If you wish, consider booking your breakfast, which we will serve you at the desired time (hot drink, pressed orange juice, fresh bread, pastries of the day: €7.50) The dining area is basic but it allows you to make a breakfast or a simple meal to avoid the restaurant!
