The space *About the property* - Very Central, airy and completely safe. - Surrounded by Deer Park, HuasKhaz Village, Sarojani Nagar Market - Close to shopping areas like Green Park Market or South Extension Market which is a hub for lively cafes and bars. - No problem of water, electricity or transportation, but sometime there might be power cut or water supply shortage from Delhi Jal Board or BSES, which is beyond our control. - Between 25 to 45 min from Delhi International airport. (According to Delhi traffic) - Small Market down the building -Tuk-Tuk available downstairs, app based cab can be booked which comes within minutes. -Green Park Metro Station (Yellow Line) is about 900 Mtrs away, 10 Mints by walk and INR-30 by Tuk-Tuk. Guest access Attractions and distance. - 10 minutes from Haus khaz village (Bars, Lounges, Restaurant & Shops) - 10 min from Sarojani Nagar Market (A Flea Market) - 5 min from Deer Park (Very huge park with deer and lake inside) - The room is newly renovated, with free wifi, Window AC, and fully functional Kitchen (Shared with other guest) - Free house cleaning included in the tariff. - Meals on request can be arranged on extra cost. - Kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook by yourself. Gas Charges Extra Other things to note - Additional Guest who are not booked with us are not allowed in the flat. - 2 Units of Electricity is Included in the traffic, additional need to be paid @ 10 per unit. - Visitors will be allowed only between 10am to 8pm. - No House Parties - Any Visitors staying overnight will be charges extra ₹425 per night.
