Just steps away from the golf course located at Ottawa Park. We have no problem assuring your visit is enjoyable. The space Two bedrooms with a queen bed and full sized bed. One bathroom. I am a healthcare professional and take pride in assuring everything is cleaned and sanitized. We also try to provide the items you need such as toothpaste and toothbrush’s, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aide kit, and even items to clean for long term stays. There is a washer and dryer and gym in the basement area. No third party bookings. We reserve the right to not rent to those who are local to the Toledo and surrounding area. Only those on the reservation may stay and if other guest are witnessed staying the reservation will be cancelled and all monies will be forfeited. Please be mindful when booking for exact number of guests. We understand that some guests have family and friends in town and may want them to stop by while in town. Communication is key and this needs to be discussed with the host. We maintain a smoke free environment. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/drugs are allowed. This is a strict policy to ensure a clean and safe environment for all as we book guests who are children, may have allergies or have health issues that can be affected by smoke. Absolutely no parties are allowed. There is a ring camera on the outside of the premises. This camera is located at the entry way and does record OUTSIDE activity. There are also cameras on the exterior corners of the building for safety that also record. There are no cameras or recordeing devices in the actual unit. We ask that you please empty the garage, fridge of all food and turn off the lights in the unit and assure doors are locked upon departure. There's an additional bed charge additional guest and bed for $50 per night. If the host is not notified that you will be checking out late there is a $100 fee that will be assessed. Check out time is noon. There will be an additional charge for extra cleaning that will be charged at the discretion of the host if the unit is left in disarray. There is a $250 security deposit for long term stays over 2 weeks.
