Our house is located in the center of Seoul and is a suitable space for families to stay. This is a private space with a separate gate and porch. There is no interference from the surroundings when entering and exiting. The house is located 5 minutes from Gyeongbokgung Station, so transportation is convenient and safe. There are many cafes and restaurants around the house, so it's fun to walk around. There are many places to experience around during your stay. Nearby attractions that you can see on foot include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square, National Palace Museum, Tongin Market, Blue House, Museum of Contemporary Art, Bukchon, Insadong, etc. They are located within 10-20 minutes on foot from the house. Seochon is Sejong Village, where King Sejong was born. Get to know the neighborhood here. The space The level of the house is a semi-basement with a front door down three steps. However, you can get enough ventilation and sunlight through the windows. It is comfortable with warm heating in winter and cool and pleasant air conditioning in summer. It consists of 2 rooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom, It's cozy and warm. The large room has 2 double beds, and the smaller room has 2 single beds. The kitchen has pots and pans of different sizes for cooking, Tableware, bowls, plates, mugs, and spoons are provided for 6 people. There are no separate seasonings for personal hygiene. We promise to clean your home with true cleaning. Rest assured, it's replaced with washed towels and blankets every time. Guest access - Room 1: 2 double beds (up to 4 people) - Room 2: 2 single beds (up to 2 people) - Kitchen/living room - Toilet (toilet, shower) - Wi-Fi - Air conditioner -Floor heating (ondol), hot water -Kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, bowl, cup, etc. for 6 people) - Washing machine - Fridge - Laundry rack - Towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Other things to note 1. Absolutely no smoking in the house. (If you smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.) 2. This is a quiet residential area. Be careful of noise late at night. After 9 pm, close the windows and live. 3. Turn off electronics and lights before going out. 4. You have to take off your shoes indoors. 5.
