The space Welcome to our conveniently located accommodation near Prague Airport, 20 minutes from the metro. - The apartment includes two spacious non-smoking rooms: a bedroom (25 m²) with a double bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe and a desk, as well as a living room (18 m²) with a fold-out bed and a dining area. Both rooms are equipped with curtains and blinds. - In the common areas accessible to guests of the adjacent room, there is a kitchenette (5 m²) with the necessary appliances and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. These rooms are part of a 3-room apartment occupying the entire high first floor of a private villa and are designed for 2 people. To book the entire apartment for up to 6 people, go to another property. The house is on the border with Prague, shops, post office and restaurant are within a walking distance. Heating in the cold season, maintained at 20–21 °C. Basic rules: If you need an extra heater, its rental is €15 (about CZK 380) per night. By default, one double bed with two pillows and one large blanket is provided for a booking of 2 guests. If you need two separate blankets, extra blankets or pillows, please let us know immediately when booking. We do not serve guests after 10 p.m. All requests received between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. cannot be fulfilled. You will only receive the services that are included in the standard offer. If you're booking a place for someone else, make sure they: Is familiar with the rules of accommodation and stay in the apartment. Is familiar with the self check-in instructions. We do not meet guests in person, and an attempt to come and ring the doorbell without following the instructions may be unsuccessful. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to all the terms and conditions of stay and accepts them. If the guest has not read the instructions or encountered difficulties due to the lack of Internet or communication, the responsibility for all consequences lies with him. Observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Accommodation is only for registered guests; the number of people, including children and toddlers, must match the booking. Do not open the windows if the outside temperature is below 15°C. Respect your neighbors, avoid loud actions in common areas. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Dispose of garbage properly; separate waste collection is encouraged. Children must be supervised, especially in the garden. Use household appliances responsibly, turn off the lights when you leave the room.
