We do not provide any service after 10:00 PM. Requests made between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM cannot be fulfilled. You will only receive the services included in the standard offer. We do not meet guests personally, and arriving and ringing the doorbell without following the instructions may be unsuccessful. By booking, the guest agrees to and accepts all rules and terms of stay. If a guest is unfamiliar with the instructions or encounters difficulties due to a lack of internet or connection, all responsibility for consequences lies with the guest. Respect neighbors and avoid loud activities in shared areas. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Dispose of trash properly; recycling is encouraged.
