On the ground floor, you will discover a beautifully decorated living/dining room, equipped with a modern kitchen and access to a small private courtyard - perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast or dinner around the charcoal barbecue. On the first floor you will find a small office space, ideal for those who want to work in peace, as well as a comfortable bedroom with two beds or a large 180×220 bed overlooking the street. There is also a separate shower room with toilet and sink. Climb a few more steps and you'll arrive in a beautiful attic bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated and offers an intimate and spacious space filled with light. Our house in Monpazier is a perfect blend, combining old charm and modern finishes. There are plenty of spaces around the village, so parking is not difficult even in the summer and it's free! Other things to note This house is more suitable for families who do not have very young children as there are no safety features for children. As there are 3 levels, it can also be a bit difficult for those with mobility issues. Ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4 as there is 1 bedroom (2 twin beds or king size bed) and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom on the 2nd floor.
