Our place is a clean and spacious environment. It is located in the Kızılyaka neighborhood of Ula district, 34 km from the Marmaris Antalya highway, 5 minutes from the main road and shopping centers. It is 10 minutes by car from Akyakaya, 34 minutes from Marmaris and Mugla, 52 minutes from Dalaman, 24 minutes from Ula and Koycegize. Our place, which is arranged as a 3+1 and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, has 1 double bed, 4 single beds and 1 sofa. Kitchen utensils are available for cooking (forks, spoons, plates, etc.) The space 1- (The place for rent is the first floor of a two-storey building.) Our place has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 indoor kitchen, 2 balconies, 1 master bathroom, 1 shared bathroom, 1 regular toilet. There is 1 double bed and a total of 4 single beds and closets in the other two bedrooms. 3 of the 4 rooms have air conditioning. We live on the second floor of the same building. 2- We have a second detached rental place registered under the name of (Small White House) for a maximum of 4 people, arranged as 1+1 in the same place. 3- This price is valid for stays of two days or more. The price may vary for a single-day rental. 3- Since this place is a certified (Tourist Residence), the identity information of the guests staying is reported to the security units. Other things to note 1) We have a second place for a maximum of 4 people registered under the name (small white house) on a 500 square meter plot. 2) We live on the second floor of the rental property. 3) If the quality and speed of the wifi connection is important to you, the connection speed and quality are insufficient due to the lack of infrastructure of Turktelekom. 3) Since this place is a certified residence for tourism purposes, the identity and vehicle license plate information of all guests are reported to the security units.
