Late Sunday checkout included! This 1 bedroom+Loft two-level Snow Tree Condo offers an ideal location at the base of Mount Snow. Walk to lifts, shuttles, skiing, base lodge, and snow tubing! The chalet is ideal for a family and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child in a King memory foam bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in Loft, and a twin futon. The unit has 2 bathrooms- a full bath with tub on the main level and a half bath with washer/dryer in the loft. Parking is free and convenient The space The main bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and lots of space and windows. There is also a twin futon that is perfect for a child. The kitchen/dining area has a small couch and comfortable dining area. The entryway has a new mud room to store all of your gear. The spacious loft is the family room with a comfy couch that pulls out to a queen size sleeper sofa, giant wall-mounted smart TV, soaring electric fireplace, and a dedicated half bath with washer and dryer. The condo is equipped with high speed wifi. The TV is connected to wifi for accessing your streaming apps and wifi TV like Pluto. The condo does not have traditional cable. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 2 burner stovetop, and a convection Whirlpool oven/microwave combo unit that can cook just about anything from a roast chicken to slices of toast. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, pots, silverware, glasses and gadgets. There is a small private outdoor deck accessible from the kitchen. A condo community hot tub is available to renters in a separate building with a gym. There is also a seasonal outdoor heated pool. Snow Tree condos management does not allow renters to have pets. To get to the mountain to ski- guests can walk over a small bridge to the Covered Bridge magic carpet lift to the main base lodge. There is also a shuttle available from the E parking lot, as well as a frequent ski shuttle that picks up at the top entrance of Snow Tree. Mount Snow charges up to $30/day for parking so walking or shuttle is often preferred. The unit includes 2 parking spots. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. There is a small owners closet in the loft that guests should not access. Other things to note We recently purchased this condo and have made many upgrades.
