Entire Quiet family home

Our home is nestled away in a dead end street away from the noise but is close to the local shops like Roscommon complex. We’re 10 min away from Manukau City with Homai train station being only a 3 min drive. Auckland airport is a 15min drive too. 2 bedrooms are decent sized & the 3rd is an ensuite. If you’re after cosy, quiet and convenient, this is the place! Shared driveway as our 2nd home is right next door (but we know what its like wanting your own space so we wont be in the way!) The space Mum & dads home was built to be wheelchair friendly with a porch that allows wheelchair access and the main bathroom is spacious to enable maneuvering in and out of. It's also very convenient for families with a few young ones to shower all at once! (Note: we can make a shower stool available upon request). This home is located at the very end of the driveway (green house). Although built with 4 rooms, one has been closed off to guests. Room 1 has a king bed, room 2 has a queen bed and the ensuite has a queen bed also with its own private bathroom and heat pump. We hope you find yourselves at home and feel comfortable in this space. We're literally next door so if you need any recommendations, please don't hesitate to message me or ask any of us if you see us outside. No partying, no smoking and certainly no pets. If you wish to vape, that can be done outside. We also ask that you do not bring any guests outside of the indicated number into our home. Other things to note If you need a shower stool, please let me know upon request. We can get this organized for you.
