The bathroom/ Toilet is located at the amenity area. ■ No Smoking policy is observed inside the unit and all common areas. The fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. It will ensure penalty of P5000. ■ For sanitary purposes and please take off your shoes upon entering the unit. ■ Rest assured that every guest will be served with clean bedding, towels, pillow case and bathroom mats. ■ Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. Cleaning is done after checkout. ■ Please dispose of your trashes/clutters, Garbage bin is located at the fire exit stairs beside the elevators. ■ Paid parking is available on the premises REQUIREMENTS: Please send 1 Identification of Card of Each Guest (Govt.
