Come relax and enjoy your time in Southern Utah! Nestled in the heart of Hurricane City, this secluded Airbnb sits on 2 acres with ample parking for large vehicles, RVs, and trailers. It’s a central hub for prime outdoor activities— Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and Quail Lake are just a short drive away. Tuacahn Center for the Arts offers Broadway-quality performances and the Shakespeare Festival is a short 45-minute drive. Embrace all that the desert has to offer! The space BEDS * 1 King * 2 Queens * 2 Twins (pull-out from the king-size couch) You’ll find twin mattress covers and sheets in the bookshelf in the living room for the pull-out couch. Extra pillows are stored in two of the bedroom closets. There’s also a pack-n-play and safety gates in the king bedroom closet for your convenience. TV Enjoy a 75" LG Smart TV where you can log into your personal accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, and more! LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are included, along with all necessary supplies. Plus, there are 8 beach towels available for your outings. BATHROOMS * Bathroom 1: Shower/tub combo * Bathroom 2: Walk-in shower We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and liquid hand soap in each bathroom. OUTDOOR The fully fenced yard features a BBQ grill, picnic table, and dining table, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. You can also have fun playing games like Corn Hole or oversized Connect Four. It’s an ideal setting for outdoor gatherings and quality time! INDOOR SPACE The indoor area spans approximately 1,100 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a laundry area. For added fun, there’s a ping pong table and a selection of books about the area for you to enjoy. It’s a great space for relaxation and entertainment! PARKING There’s ample parking available! We have 3 designated spaces, and if you need more, there’s additional room on either side. Feel free to bring your ATVs and trailers! If you’re bringing a trailer, just let us know, and we’ll guide you on where to park on the property. KITCHEN & DINING Our full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including: * Full fridge and freezer * Oven and stove * Microwave * Sink * Dishwasher * Coffee maker and tea kettle * Wine glasses, dishes, silverware * Mixing bowls, pots & pans, baking sheets * Blender, toaster, and toaster oven * Knives and cutting boards * Children's dishes * Seasonings and olive oil You’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay! Guest access Guests can enjoy the front and side yard, which is fully fenced for your privacy. The entrance to the guest suite is located in the front of the house, next to the front door, and accessed by going down the steps. Check-in is easy with a self check-in keypad. Please note that the main home is occupied by the owners, so feel free to reach out if you need anything during your stay. We also have two other long-term stay apartments on the property, so we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of other guests. Enjoy your time here!
