Welcome to my little home. A comfortable, clean, calming place to enjoy the company of family and friends after a magical day exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Beautiful views from the hot tub or fire pit of the sunrise, sunset, and stars. 2 1/2 acres tucked away into a quiet little neighborhood minutes away from the entrance to the park. a perfect place to enjoy a meal and relax after a day exploring all that Joshua Tree has to offer. The space there are 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people. 1 queen bed in each room with en-suite. this home packs in every amenity needed to show up and start relaxing right away. there is a full kitchen with an electric stove, large fridge and freezer, and all the supplies needed to cook a nice meal, living room with a large couch to curl up on with TV and share stories and make new memories. THE OUDOORS The large backyard has open views from every angle and the front porch invites you to sit back and relax and enjoy the open desert. Enjoy the hot tub, propane fire pit and grill. the hot tub is not heated in peak summer months unless requested.(June -September) 24 hour notice if you want jacuzzi heated is required. Guest access You will be sent a number code for the Smart Lock upon your booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. you will have full access to the house and property during your stay. Other things to note FENCE There is no fence in the backyard. The property is wide operand wild life, including rabbits, coyotes and scorpions wonder freely throughout. WIFI wifi can be spotty and not always available during entire stay. the wifi may go in n out with the weather. I use Mojave wifi, a local company and I rarely have issues, but I happens. EN SUITE BATHROOM in the master bedroom, there is no door between bedroom and bathroom. FIRE We have a propane fire pit for your use. due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no OPEN fire policy, so that means NO WOOD FIRES. if it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means that your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
