Carefully designed to accommodate two families to share and enjoy together, this home is also the perfect couples secluded retreat where time seems to slow down. Nestled on over 11 acres of native bushland with spectacular 270 degree panoramic views across Dillon Bay and the Southern Ocean. Price is for 2 people, additional charge per guest over 2yrs. The space - 2 Master Bedrooms with King Beds and ocean views - 2 other guest bedrooms with a queen bed and a single bed in each - 2 Bathrooms - All bedrooms have fans, built in robes and convenient drop zones for bags - Separate Laundry - Chef’s kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher - Spacious dining and living area including a table tennis table and smart TV - Outdoor patio areas with outdoor tables - Kids boogie boards, board games and activities. - Ample room for outside games Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (dependant on the number of guests as rooms not allocated will be locked off) There is no access to the shed and locked store rooms. Kindly leave the property tidy with all dishes put away, fridge and freezer emptied, rubbish taken out, oven and microwave cleaned. Excess cleaning will result in additional cleaning charges. Strictly no parties or pets allowed. Please note there is a security camera located on the outside perimeter of the shed. Other things to note Bremer Bay is a remote town situated 60kms off the South Coast Highway. Groceries can be purchased from the General Store in town, a 10 minute drive away but we recommend you pack some food and essentials. There are wonderful places to eat (and drink!) including The Telegraph, Bremer Bay Resort, Bremer Bay Brewing Company and Wellstead Museum and Café. Properties on the Point Henry Peninsular are reliant on rainwater tanks and we request all guests be mindful of water consumption. Mobile Reception Mobile reception is limited however Telstra does receive a good signal at the house. Starlink Wifi is also available to guests. Please note this is NOT a party house.
