The space This house is the perfect boho retreat to enjoy the best of the Tulum area. Spas and restaurants are steps away and we are happy to arrange for extra services during your stay - shuttle service, chef service, childcare, massage, and excursions to local cenotes, lagoons, and archeological sites. This Villa is located at Zorba Tulum - a boutique villa resort property gated from the road and open to the private beachfront. Property amenities include a yoga studio complete with a ping pong table, a swimmimg pool, Zorba's rooftop patio with bird's eye views, and dedicated and friendly staff - all for guests only. We are centrally located in the boutique hotel area next to Chiringuito, Be Tulum, and Nomade. This 2BR Villa enjoys one bedroom on the main floor with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom and shower and a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom on the upper floor. The king bedroom enjoys a private balcony and an authentic vaulted palapa roof. The kitchen and living area face the sea for breathtaking views of the beach - the perfect place to enjoy the early morning sunrise with a coffee or breakfast. Nespresso maker is provided with some complimentary pods to get you started for your stay. Additional pods are available for purchase. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have! Guest access In addition to your private seaside home, you have shared use of the beautiful pool on the premises and the loungers on the beach. Our homes include the use of boogie boards, sea kayaks and SUPs so everyone can play in the water and enjoy the sea. A Taco and Breakfast Bar is on the property for food and drinks a la carte. Enjoy a fresh margarita and tacos on the beach or in your villa. The Taco bar is guests only and you can run a tab for your stay. Other things to note Parking is available, please reserve your spot. Please use the safes provided and lock the gate after hours. Security onsite. Zorba property and Villas are guests only - NO OUTSIDE GUESTS permitted. All vendors must be booked through Zorba Tulum.
