House with 1 bedroom and kitchen. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Ideal for a couple, but we provide a double bed for two more people. Outdoor area with deck. It has a full kitchen. Wi-Fi internet, TV (smart) only local channels and parking in the courtyard itself. The residence is only 600 meters away from the beautiful Mariscal beach. We provide bedding (bottom sheet, top sheet, pillowcases, and blanket). We do not provide bath towels. The space My space is a family environment, being a perfect place for those who enjoy nature. Easy access to the region's main beaches and tourist spots such as Morro do Macaco and Mirante 360°. For those who like to walk through quiet streets, listen to the birds singing, this is the ideal place. Other things to note There is another house on the same property, which is where we spend our vacations, but there is a distance between them, giving privacy to guests.
