Our two bedroom lower unit suite accommodates four guests and it is thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and convenience. Located in Niagara Falls Forest view enclave, and 11 minutes drive from the Falls, this space provides a calm sanctuary after a long day at the tourist center. The private kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and utensils to help prepare the meals you love. A private laundry unit is provided for your convenience. A coffee maker and kettle are available. The space For your next trip to Niagara Falls, we're looking to host you in our new basement apartment in a brand new home. No pets allowed due to owners allergies. 10 minutes drive to the Falls and close to major amenities. 2 cozy bedrooms furnished with queens beds. Free parking on premises. Washer and dryer available on request. Guest access You will gain access to the basement apartment via a private entrance located on the right side of the detached house. Our honorable guests will be advised of the means to accessing the unit before or on the day of arrival. Other things to note Kindly be advised that access to the unit is via a stairway with a safety rail, thank you. Unless additional cleaning fee is paid, cleaning is only done after guest checks out. For week long stats, guests will be provided with a weekly bedding set, clients are welcomed to use the in-unit laundry.
