Sustainable cabin

Enjoy a rustic and ecological space inside a small cabin made with recyclable materials: pallets, Tetra-Pak, Plastics and Unicel. Outside is a dry toilet and shower, plus shared indoor bathrooms in the main building. The cabin is located within a Sustainability and Circular Economy Education Center (CESEC), within the urban area of Cozumel Island. The main pier and beaches are 8 minutes away by car or motorcycle. Guest access The Sustainable Cabin has a single bed and a hammock, the furniture is made of reused wood and with a design that will allow you to take advantage of the interior space. Outside you will find a space where the 3R's are applied: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. There is an interpretive trail of endemic and native flora, organic gardens and a Biodigester for the use of organic waste in Biogas. Other things to note We remind you that you will be staying on the premises of an organization that carries out Sustainable projects for the Island; that is, we carry out environmental and social development projects for Cozumel Island; therefore, your choice to stay with us has a double impact: you receive an excellent lodging and tourist guide service and you also help Cozumel's Sustainability. We have a Scooter Motorcycle for rent (Scooter: $350.00 MXN per day) and bicycles ($200.00 MXN per day), the lowest prices in Cozumel. We also have a contact who sells boat tours to the best reefs on the island for $650 MXN (4-hour tour, 2 to 3 stops at different reefs; includes snorkeling equipment, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and water). We also offer a 4 to 6 hour car tour around the entire island stopping at the best beaches on the island for $750 MXN (includes water, alcoholic beverages and beers for 2 people maximum), ask about the additional cost per person.
