Immersed in the hills of the upper Asti area, the "Il Girasole Rosso" farmhouse welcomes you to a real paradise, perfect for those looking for relaxation and direct contact with nature. The cozy and typical spaces of the Piedmontese farmhouses create an ideal environment for those who need a quiet and peaceful space where they can work in complete serenity; for those who, on the other hand, are looking for a period of escape from everyday life, the farmhouse is a real experience to be fully enjoyed. The space Portion of the farmhouse intended entirely for guests, divided into two independent apartments. Both are characterized by the silence of the Asti countryside. APARTMENT (for 2/3 people) of about 35 square meters consisting of a kitchenette (separate from the living area and the sleeping area) complete with refrigerator, electric oven and gas stove; a living/sleeping area with a table, TV, pellet stove, a double bed, an armchair bed and a wardrobe for storing clothes; a large bathroom complete with sink, toilet (toilet and bidet) and shower. The apartment is covered by wi-fi and heating for the winter. Guests also have the option of using a washing machine divided between the two apartments and present in the common space. Guest access The outdoor space consists of a large green area where you can relax. There is a swimming pool (usable from 06/01 to 09/20), a table and several chairs where you can fully enjoy the summer sun. This space, as well as the front-facing garden, is shared with us. Other things to note The spaces of the farmhouse are entirely furnished with second-hand furniture or made personally, thus making it a place full of history and experience, where sustainability and uniqueness meet.
