The normal capacity of the Apartment is for 2 people; 2. A maximum of 2 (two) people may be added in addition to the normal capacity with an extra bed at a daily cost of R$ 40.00 per person. This amount will be paid directly to the condominium until the moment of your departure; 3. Breakfast must be booked in advance at check-in and is not included in the daily rate, nor are telephone, executive space, laundry, minibar and restaurant expenses; 4. It is forbidden to cook in the unit, use irons and other equipment with higher energy consumption or equipment that poses a risk to the safety of the condominium; 5. We do not accept the stay or temporary maintenance of pets of any kind; 6. Payments for services or expenses incurred in the Condominium may only be made with cash or credit or debit card, at the latest until the time of departure; 7. Any damage to the facilities or equipment not found in the check-in review will be charged to you upon departure by the condominium; 8. We emphasize that Check-in can be done after 2 p.m. and Check-out must be done by 12 p.m.
