Guests are allowed to access the Pool from Monday-Wednesday only (200/ guest/ per use) Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use amenities (pool and gym) during Friday, Weekends and Holidays. ❌Guests are also NOT ALLOWED to use the gym in the building❌ Gym is ONLY exclusive for unit owners only. Roofdeck Other things to note - Kindly send a copy of staying guests ID (government issued ID) for the authorization letter. - Towels and toiletries will be set up according to declared number of guests - One time set up of linens, towels and toiletries. - we don't accept cleaning fee during your stay as we want to enjoy your privacy and for security reasons. -PLEASE NOTE: Swimming pools are CLOSED during THURSDAY for maintenance. -Guests are allowed to access the Pool from Monday-Wednesday only (200/ per guest/ per use) -Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use amenities (pool)during Friday, Weekends and Holidays. ❌Guests are also NOT ALLOWED to use the gym in the building❌ Gym is ONLY exclusive for unit owners only. PARKING is AVAILABLE with a fee of 350php/night (inform me ahead of time if you want to avail, so i can arrange and assist you) Once parked please double check slot given to avoid penalty for wrong slot (5,000) -Or, you can choose to park at Pay parking upon arrival but it depends on availability Car Pay Parking (1st come, 1st serve) First 3 hrs 50 pesos Overnigt 10pm to 6am 250 pesos Succeeding hrs 20 pesos Kindly ask the guards or any condo personnel to assist you. - Please dispose trash responsibly Garbage bins are located at the Basement 1-4. Please use Service Elevator if you are carrying trash. Strictly NO SMOKING at the Balcony and all part of the building (amenities, hallway and elevator). Once caught penalty will applied (3,000 pesos.). other things to note [Shortening of nights and rescheduling] Within 48 hours of booking and more than 1 week before check-in Acceptable.We will refund the difference due to shortening and rescheduling. Less than 1 week before check-in You will be asked to pay half of the number of days that have been shortened and rescheduled. Payment will be after you check out.
