The space This is a 6 bedroom villa home with private pool 🏊‍♂️ and hot tub in an outdoor enclosure. Outdoor dining and furniture with lounge chairs. The home is spacious with lots of options for entertainment. Smart TV in every bedroom and 2 living rooms, billiards 🎱. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Not to mention the clubhouse amenities available to our guests. A lap pool 🏊 and swimming pool, 2 water slides. 🛝 💦 A really great gym open 4am-12am each day. 💪 Tennis 🎾 courts with pickleball lines as well. So much fun and all in the Florida sunshine! ☀️ 🌴 Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property as well as all the club house amenities throughout your stay. You will need to use the FOB provided just inside the villa front door to access the club house pool and gym. Other things to note Important to note that guests will be required to pay a $10 resort fee per day to use the resort amenities UNLESS you use the FOB provided just inside the villa front door on the wall. Pool heat and hot tub heat can be purchased together for an additional charge of $35/day. Hot tub heat can be purchased on its own for just $20/day. (No pool heat).
