The space Simple, rustic and cozy little house with only one bedroom (mezzanine), ideal for hosting couples, families or a group of friends who don't mind sharing the same environment. A place with a pleasant space, an outdoor area with a large garden with a vegetable garden and a small private beach, delicious for gathering friends or family and having a barbecue, a campfire or a homemade meal on the wood stove, reminiscent of the countryside... (It has parking for only 3 cars) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire residence, including a very nice outdoor space for gatherings, a barbecue area, a garden at the back of the house and next to the house, a vegetable garden with some species of vegetables, lots of nature, trees, birds and a small river that passes next to the house and flows into the sea. Other things to note NOTE: PETS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AFTER A PRIOR CONVERSATION UNDER SOME RULES OF COMMON AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.
