Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone & L'Arancia

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays. Featuring one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, both studios also invite guests for extended stays. Both the terrace (Studio L'Arancia - ground floor) and the large panoramic window (Studio Il Limone - 1st floor) offer breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside all the way to Volterra. Upon request, the two studios can be connected via an indoor staircase. Guest access Note: Studio Il Limone is accessible via an external spiral staircase. Upon request, both studios can be connected internally, allowing access via an internal stone staircase. Other things to note Included services: - Water, electricity, gas, use of the swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, Wi-Fi internet connection, refrigerator, dishwasher, central vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels (weekly change), parking. - 2 people per studio are included in the price; each additional person €30 per night.
