Welcome to our two-bedroom villa in El Nido, Palawan! The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite, while the guest room has two queen beds and a separate guest bathroom. Relax in the open-air kitchen and living room, complete with a private pool. It's a perfect space to relax in after a busy day of island-hopping. We're just 30 meters from the beach, offering easy access to the shore and one of the BEST places to watch the sunset in all of El nido! The space Ligaya Villa by Lugadia Villas is a 2 storey boutique vacation home located just meters away from beautiful Corong Corong beach. It is nestled between other vacation homes and local houses in a less crowded part of El Nido. Ligaya Villa was completed in 2024 and has been fully equipped all the essentials to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Guest access The villa is private, therefor you have the entire space to yourselves, including the pool. Please note that we do have other villas that share the neighbouring space, so we ask that there be no parties and noise levels must be kept at a minimal after 11pm until 8am. Other things to note El Nido town is a happening place buzzing with local people and tourists alike. If you're seeking a quieter and more private stay, our villas are the perfect choice.
