For a natural and authentic experience in southern Chile, just 15 minutes from Villarrica, this house is located in the middle of a small native forest that borders the Pedregoso River, and is part of a family farm dedicated to dairy and sheep farming. Upstairs, a master bedroom with a terrace overlooking the Villarrica volcano and a second bedroom with two beds. On the first floor, a living room with a double sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and another terrace with a magnificent view. The space The house is built high up, among the foliage of the trees, with stunning views of the Villarrica volcano and the river. Its design and location enhance contact with nature. The materials used in the construction are all of local origin, such as sheep wool for thermal insulation. A few meters from the house, the Pedregoso River borders the field almost entirely. Places where you can swim (pools), fish or simply enjoy the surroundings stand out. There is a hot tub on site, which is charged separately, at a cost of 30,000 CLP. This must be booked 24 hours in advance as it is necessary to prepare it. The hot tub is located in a separate area on the banks of the river, next to the quincho. It is shared with another cabin so the ideal is to book it in advance. Check-in is aaprtir from 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm Guest access In the countryside, you can participate, after coordinating with the administrator, in some of the daily activities, such as working with the different animals that are raised (sheep, goats, horses and birds), milking or visits to the four hectares of native forest with a sustainable management program that houses the place. In agreement with the owner of the property, different types of seasonal vegetables and fruits can be harvested from her organic garden. To get there, you need your own vehicle, as the property is two kilometers from the Interlagos route, which connects — as its name indicates — several lakes and national parks in the IX region, such as Congullío National Park, Villarrica National Park, Caburgua Lake, Calafquén Lake, among others. The area is also famous for its many hot springs and the possibility of activities such as hiking, climbing, and rafting. A few meters from the house, the Pedregoso River borders the field almost entirely.
