The large private terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the fresh Arctic air, admire the surrounding mountains or simply relax. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, whether it's a quick breakfast before sightseeing or a homemade dinner after a day of adventures. The spacious dining area comfortably seats all 10 guests around one table, so everyone can enjoy meals and spend quality time together. With 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is well suited for larger groups travelling together. Previous guests particularly appreciate the cleanliness, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is situated in a peaceful area, approximately 900 metres from Svolvær town centre. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops and the harbour are all within walking distance. Svolvær is an excellent starting point for discovering Lofoten's spectacular scenery, iconic photo spots and traditional fishing villages. Explore Svolværgeita, Svinøya and Henningsvær, or head out in search of the Northern Lights during the darker months. The apartment occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, with access via outdoor stairs. There is no lift. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs, including with luggage. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area and large private terrace. One free designated parking space is included. Please use only the parking space assigned to your apartment, as the other spaces belong to other apartments. Easy self-check-in is available using a key lockbox. You will receive detailed check-in instructions, including information about the entrance and parking, before arrival. The apartment is accessed via outdoor stairs. There is no lift. Guests may also use our shared luggage storage room, located in the carport on the right-hand side of the building. Luggage is stored at your own risk. Other things to note **Stairs and accessibility** The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors, with access via outdoor stairs. There is no lift. Please consider this before booking, especially if travelling with heavy luggage or anyone with reduced mobility. **Parking** One free designated parking space is included. Additional vehicles must be parked in public parking areas. **Check-in and check-out** Check-in: From 5:00 PM (17:00) Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in may be possible depending on availability and the cleaning schedule. Please contact us in advance. **House rules** - No smoking or parties. - Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. - Please remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. **Northern Lights** The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings depend on weather conditions and solar activity. They cannot be guaranteed. **Luggage storage** A shared luggage storage room is available in the carport on the right-hand side of the building. Storage is at your own risk.
